About the Programme
The ToTFC programme is an intensive capacity-building initiative that develops skilled freelance consultants, trainers, and coaches to drive MSME growth in Nigeria. Built on adult learning principles including Andragogy (Knowles), Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle, and the distinctions between Training, Facilitating, Coaching, and Mentoring — delivery is hands-on, interactive, and participant-led.
The bearer of this certificate has successfully completed both phases of the ToTFC programme and demonstrated the required knowledge, practical skills, and facilitation competencies according to GIZ Nigeria and ECOWAS standards
